Visiting 20th Century Fox :)
Hey all! I just wanted to pop on in and let you know what I'm up to today! Today I am at work with Dad :) This wouldn't be such a big deal if Dad was an accountant or a farmer but he's not! My Dad works at 20th Century Fox. Yes, THE 20th Century Fox. Right on the lot :)
I have been coming here for years. And by years I mean almost my whole life. People know me here, its almost like a great little community of really unique and talented people. My Dad has been working here for 27 years. He is currently doing a pilot on the lot which ends this week. As I type I am sitting in one of his many offices. This one is actually pretty nice compared to the trailer he used to have back in the 90's! Back then I used to go all over the studio with Dad, it's a bit more mellow now but I have fond memories of the wardrobe department and the STUNNING Titanic dress they used to have on display there. (If you think that dress looks stunning in the film you should have seen it up close!) It's almost like a family business now, Dad works here now and my Grandad used to work here as well. Hopefully someday I can get a job here as well :) If you're still with me....I promise to post some behind the scenes photos as well :)
Fun Fact: The set that they filmed the movie Hello Dolly on is the same set that they currently use for the diner scenes on Bones :) I drove down this street today, I'll try and sneak a few photos but I don't wanna wear out my welcome!
I'm hoping to one day do makeup on this lot :) I love being here, everyone always makes me feel welcome and I never feel the need to introduce myself because most of them already know me! (Even though occasionally I don't remember the person because I met them years ago) I promise to post photos later but for now I must say "That's all folks!"
XOXO

Welcome, Welcome, Welcome!!!
Hey all! A new blog for me!!! As much as I love my other blog, WickedlyChels I wanted this one to be a more serious blog. A blog I can share stuff on! I want to be one of those people who actually has a popular blog. So to start off. If you are reading this thank you! I hope someday that people will take this blog seriously! So here goes nothing...
Secondly. I want to explain the name, I'm going to explain why my blog is called "Not Yet A Lady"! I am a simple girl with many reasons to not grow up yet. Therefore "Not Yet A Lady" is basically me saying:
"I'm 19 and I still feel like I'm 16." So there you have it :)
I hope you will continue to read as I post! Thanks for reading all! See you again soon!
